The book on my nightstand is listed in the title of this blog, by Liz Wiseman and Greg McKeown. What a terrific read! So impressive, I incorporated a few of the concepts into a couple recent sessions. Boy, these ideas resonated with leaders! Seems like we are all looking for ways to do more with less or "get more" from the people we have... This book covers just that - how to be a leader that isn't necessarily a "genius", but more importantly a "genius maker".
